The 0-62mph sprint takes 5.7 seconds and the 9-3 also comes with a bodykit, larger brakes, 18-inch alloys, leather seats and carbon fibre trim. Sales start next year.

More road tax dodgers than ever have been caught by the DVLA. New figures reveal that last year it managed to claw back í‚á£90million by prosecuting 972,000 motorists for evasion - a rise of 18 per cent. Product development chief at GM, Bob Lutz, revealed at the Detroit Motor Show he"s already worked out what drivers will do when their hydrogen-powered car is running low on juice. He told Auto Express: "When they are getting low on hydrogen, motorists will simply hit the "fuel" button on the sat-nav screen and it will give them directions to the nearest filling station. It"s the only sane way of getting the car topped up."
