The firm wants to try out its latest innovation, which measures reaction time, but Sweden"s strict drink- drive laws are getting in the way. Having a tipple before hitting the road is prohibited in the Scandinavian country, even if driving at a proving ground.

The Motor Show is open to the public from Friday 28 May to Sunday 6 June. Advanced ticket sales have closed, but you can pay on the door (í‚á£16 adults/í‚á£9 concs). Entry to the Motropolis Live Action Arena is í‚á£7.50, with the behind-the-scenes Paddock Tour - sponsored by Auto Express - priced at í‚á£3.
