Two petrol powerplants - a 145bhp 2.0-litre and 164bhp 2.3-litre - join the line-up, together with a 141bhp 2.0-litre turbodiesel. A reworked five-speed automatic gearbox is available, while a 256bhp turbocharged MPS variant is set to follow in September.

The Sakata is on sale now, and remains in showrooms until the end of September.
