Steven, who"s studying at Northumbria University, says his car would use a hydrogen fuel cell, supplying fuel stacks that send energy to motors on each wheel. He claims this would give the same power as a petrol Ferrari.

The idea was part of an exhibition of futuristic thinking staged in London this month.
