Red Bull ace David Coulthard...

Red Bull ace David Coulthard is not ready to give up racing just yet. Despite announcing his retirement from F1 on the eve of the British GP, the Scot hasnò€™t ruled out a return to the track.

Initially it was believed the 37-year-old was planning to stay on at the Red Bull squad as a consultant. But speaking late last week, he revealed he would not be limiting himself only to that role. He said: ò€œI have an open mind as to whether I will compete again, so Iò€™m definitely not hanging up my helmet! Iò€™m still competitive and have the desire to look for new challenges within the sport.ò€

There are certainly a number of options open to the 13-times grand prix winner. He has a score to settle at the Le Mans 24 Hours, where he was robbed of a win in 1993 thanks to a technical infringement. And there is also the chance to join fellow F1 refugee Juan Pablo Montoya in NASCAR in the US. Red Bull already has a squad in the series, meaning Coulthard could slot straight into a drive.
