Following satellite-navigation firm TomTom"s success at using funnyman John Cleese"s voice for spoken directions, other celebrities have signed up to put their tones to the portable units. Actors Mr T, Burt Reynolds and Dennis Hopper are in the pipeline to tell GPS users to "Take the next left", "Leave at the third exit" or "Make a U-turn". Hopper, star of cult biker movie Easy Rider, is likely to be used on motorbike sat-nav equipment.
