But currently, these are all stand-alone companies which don"t have partners capable of building supercars of their own. That may change if Merc"s other half, Chrysler, sells the ME Four-Twelve and Lambo"s sidekick Audi produces the long-awaited Le Mans quattro coup탩. For now, though, there are only two supercar families: Ferrari/Maserati and Aston Martin/Jaguar.

A staggering 16.9 million motorists want to improve their parking skills, according to a survey by online car retailer www.jamjar.com. The research also revealed that 71 per cent of motorists leave their car at home if they think parking will be a nightmare. However, drivers in Mansfield, Notts, won"t have to worry about that - due to an admin error, the town will have no parking attendants until 2006!
